Blackdoor Photography began as a dream, a passion that turned into a legacy. For the past 10+ years, we have crafted wedding stories with the belief that memories are not just captured, they are created with intention and emotion.

Terms and conditions
Booking and confirmation
Dates are confirmed only after the advance is paid. The 10% advance is non-refundable under any circumstances. Any change in event date is subject to availability.
Coverage
One session includes 5 hours of coverage. Additional hours, extended rituals or extra functions attract additional charges. Coverage follows the event schedule provided by the client. Drone usage depends on venue restrictions, weather and permissions, and there is no refund if a drone is denied by authorities or the venue.
Deliverables
Albums: 30 working days from the date you share selected photos. Videos: 30 working days from the final event payment date. Printing: 15 working days from final approval and payment. Deliverables are shared via a private cloud link, and download links stay active for 30 days.
Travel and accommodation
Additional travel or time charges may apply for changed or multiple locations. For events, travel and stay are arranged by the client. For outdoor shoots, travel is covered by the client, and food and stay are provided for shoots outside Chennai.
Copyright and usage
Blackdoor Photography may use selected images and videos for promotions unless you opt for a “No Social Media” package (₹5000).
Storage
All files are deleted from our hard disk 6 months after the delivery date. Clients are responsible for backing up their photos and videos after album submission.
Complementary shoots
Pre and post-wedding shoots must be completed within 60 days of the event date. No price deduction or refund is given for non-use or cancellation of complimentary services.
Rescheduling and postponement
Availability is subject to our schedule. If we are available, the advance carries forward to the new date. If we are not available, 10% of the package value remains non-refundable.
Delivery method
Final deliverables are shared via a private cloud link. Albums are delivered by courier or in-person pick-up.
Limitation of liability
In the unlikely event of technical failure, unforeseen circumstances or emergencies beyond our control, our liability is limited to the total amount paid by the client.
